Everest Tree Farms Inc. submitted an
application for a Category 2, Class "A" Licence Below Groundwater
on Part Lot 12, Concession 10, Geographic Township of Amabel, Town of South Bruce Peninsula to the Ministry of
Natural Resources on December 3, 2007. Please note that this is a third application for this site.
The original application was submitted in November, 1998.
Since that time, extensive public contact and review by regulatory agencies has taken place and continued monitoring and additional investigations have been completed.
The time period for completing all reviews for the original application permitted under the Provincial Standards has expired and a third application, including a full public notification and consultation process, is now required.
